5 March – Religion in a Secular Country

According to Gallup World Religion Survey 75% of the world’s population is religious. At the same time, Sweden is one of the most secular countries in the world. For many internationals who come from backgrounds where faith is an important part of everyday life, finding a place to worship or a community to be a part of is important when moving to another country. We have invited Jan Kjellström, who has worked with international students and employees at Lund University find a spiritual home away from home. Regardless of your religious background this session will guide you in finding the religious support you may need in a mainly secular society.
